No Refund on Downloaded Products: Due to the nature of digital products which are instantly accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for all digital product businesses.

Exceptions — When We Will Refund: We will consider a refund if the product file is corrupted or cannot be opened, the product delivered is significantly different from what was described, you were charged twice for the same order, or a technical error prevented you from accessing your download. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request: Email us at hello@designoraglobal.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, product name, and description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.

Courses: Refunds for online courses may be requested within 7 days provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
